When you complete a booking form or send an email, we may store your name, phone number, email address, preferred ride date, and licence information. These details are necessary to process reservations and verify rider eligibility. We also record the make and registration number of the motorcycle you rent, as part of our insurance requirements.
The data is used solely to manage your hire, maintain safety compliance and contact you regarding the booking. Occasional service updates—such as route changes or workshop closures—may be sent to past riders, but every message includes an option to opt out. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Digital records are stored on secure UK-based servers with limited staff access. Paper forms are kept in a locked cabinet within the workshop. Information is retained for up to twelve months after the ride, unless law or insurance rules require longer retention. After that, all records are permanently deleted or shredded.
We do not sell or trade data. Information may be shared only with our payment processor or insurers where it is essential for compliance and safety. These partners are required to meet the same UK GDPR standards.
You may request a copy of the information we hold, ask for corrections or request deletion at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within thirty days.
