Riders must be at least 25 years old and hold a full motorcycle licence valid in the UK or an accepted international equivalent. Photographic ID and proof of address are required at pickup. We reserve the right to decline hire if documents cannot be verified.
A refundable security hold may be placed on your payment card at collection. This hold is released once the bike is returned in similar condition and fuelled to its original level. Payment is accepted via major UK cards or contactless methods; cash hires are not processed.
All our motorcycles are covered by fully comprehensive hire insurance for UK roads. The rider is responsible for any penalties or parking fines incurred during the hire period. Minor cosmetic wear from normal use is expected; deliberate damage or negligence will be assessed fairly against the deposit.
We supply helmets and light gloves on request. Riders are encouraged to wear appropriate protective clothing and follow the Highway Code. Each bike includes a brief checklist covering fuel tap position, light switches and starting sequence. In case of breakdown within Brighton limits, contact our workshop for assistance.
Motorcycles may not be used for racing, off-road riding or commercial delivery. Maximum rider and passenger weight combined should not exceed the manufacturer’s rating. Any modification to the vehicle is prohibited.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled ride receive a full refund. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit a portion of the hire fee to cover preparation costs. In case of severe weather warnings on the day, we can reschedule without charge subject to availability.
Personal information collected during booking is handled according to our Data & Ride Notes. By confirming a hire, you agree to those terms and acknowledge that basic data will be kept for insurance and safety records.
